Most groups and individuals believe that by ‘Going it Alone’ they can effect some ‘SMALL’ change in the system.

It is Global Unity’s primary purpose, as the name implies, to pull together all like-minded groups and personnel, regardless of their individual opinions of others on the same path.

It is now time for all such protestors and contesters, to put aside their differences, to join together in Global Unity to ‘Pull Together’ to fight the common cause for Humanity and the Planet Earth.

Global Unity is a concept intended to coordinate and harmonise like-minded ‘Global Public’ to individually and collectively address the many Socio-Environmental problems that beset every Man, Woman and Child on this Sad & Sickly, once Beautiful Planet Earth.

Harmony, Communication and Cooperation:
The Hope and Intention is that one-day, through harmony, communication and cooperation, the world population might just start to pull together and act more in Global Unity to better survive some imminent major global disasters.

Political & Holy Wars:
It is fairly obvious that the majority of the world’s population simply want to get on with their daily lives, without causing too much global pollution and destruction, or fighting other nations in some ‘God Forsaken’ Political or Holy War.

World Leaders?!? Ha!
It is also very obvious that it is the World Governments, Political and Religious ‘World Leaders?!?’ in conjunction with the ‘Global Un-environmental Corporate Conglomerate’ (the GLUCC) that ‘Cause’ the world’s pollution and destruction.
The Global Public, rather stupidly, ‘Rely’ on and ‘Expect’ the ‘World Leaders’ & the ‘GLUCC’ to address and overcome these Socio-Environmental Problems.

Political Power & Glory:
The Truth is that the 'World Leaders' & the GLUCC have absolutely no ‘Interest’ nor ‘Intention’ in overcoming these Socio-Environmental problems. To do so would destroy the ‘Global Economy’ on which they depend for their ‘Power’ and ‘Self Glorification’.

Divide & Rule:
The order of the day is to ‘Divide & Rule’, as ably demonstrated by the ‘World’s Leading Morons’ Bush & Blair. If there were a gradual outbreak of ‘Global Unity, Peace & Harmony’, the comedy duo could be dispensed with, along with every other Politician and so called ‘World Leader’.

CETEE pronounced the same as the other SETI (Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence) is on a similar mission; to find intelligence here on Earth; especially relating to the environment. 
I often wonder whether we will have any more luck than the other SETI. 

CETEE is the Environmental Technology arm of Global Unity. 
CETEE’s primary objective is to develop sustainable  energy & waste management systems through the application of Environmental Technology  & Commonsense (ETC).   
CETEE also deals with a wide range of other Socio-Environmental issues, as indicated below. 

Environmental Commonsense is an anathema to Politicians.

CETEE: 
Youth Endeavour:
The ‘Anarchic’ errant juvenile behaviour is one of the major problems facing the UK society and government. The Government appear to have absolutely no idea of how to overcome or address this growing issue. They've Lost the Plot!
‘Political Correctness’ and ‘Political Ineptitude’ seems to be the greatest drawback and barrier in the Government’s response to these anarchic juvenile problems.

There are many basic causes for these problems. The genuine grievances, according to the youth are; boredom, lack of involvement in society, lack of respect for authority and the law. A major contributing factor, which is often ignored, is the previous generations, now the parents, similar attitudes that are passed onto the current juvenile population.

English Law, at all levels, has deteriorated into a chaotic shambles, coupled with the overprotective laws and regulations concerning child discipline. This sends a clear message to the youth, that they consider themselves as ‘untouchables’ by any form of authority or law.
As the old adage would have it: ‘Spare the rod and spoil the child’.

According to CETEE, the basic solution is to ‘Engage and Enfranchise’ the errant youth into exciting and innovative programs based in futuristic Environmental Technology and Social Engineering, that can channel the natural ‘aggressive instincts’, especially that of most young males, of every species, be they human or animal.
Modern ‘civilised’ society has ignored the basic human and animal instincts through inappropriate ‘Political Correctness’.

The basic concept of Electrickery is to set up local centres of interest for training and instruction, to engage the local youth in exciting programs using scrap electronic and electromechanical appliances. 
Initial proposals along the lines of the recent TV programs ‘Robo Wars’ and 'Scrap Heap Challenge', would be to form teams to learn and experiment by creating robotic machines and other vehicles and electronic equipment, entirely from scrap materials.

Not only will this provide the participants with very useful technical skills for future employment, but could also go some way in addressing the UK's disastrous attitude towards ‘Waste Recycling’. 
Whilst the initial proposal is related to electro-mechanics, many other areas such as Art could easily be included.

CETEE:  
International Disaster Relief-Rescue Service  (IDRS)
Another possible solution to the ‘Anarchic’ youth problem.

Due to the increasing global natural disasters, there is good cause and argument to establish an ‘International Disaster Relief-Rescue Service’ that can be instantly airlifted to any disaster area around the globe. The concept would also make up a large part of the UK’s economic donation and contribution to any disaster blighted country or province.

A good starting point would be to establish a voluntary, uniformed ‘National Service’ (IDRS) which would necessarily have to be organised along military lines, including discipline and training.
The initial proposal is to establish related IDRS local youth centres along similar lines of the ‘Scouts’ and military ‘Cadet Corps’ of old. The training and instruction would necessarily entail the youth members spending much of their time away from home in dedicated military styled training 'Boot' camps.

The ‘students’ of the Youth Endeavour – Electrickery program etc, would be offered the opportunity to become the future ‘elite’ ‘Officer Corp’ of the IDRS, not dependant on academic qualifications, but based their Technical Ability, Respect and Leadership Qualities, very similar to the modern Fire Brigade.

The IDRS will also offer an exciting opportunity for foreign travel, albeit mostly to the increasing global disaster areas, a vast range of exciting technical training, similar to any modern military service, such as medical and paramedical, electro-mechanical and pilot-flying instruction and qualifications, to name but a few.

The great drawback is that such a program would require Political & Government involvement, or the ‘DEAD HAND of Government’, which invariably slows down and screws up many a good proposal.

Unless. of course, the APPP were in charge!

CETEE:  
Liquid Nitrogen Energy System (LNES)
The basis of this proposal is to develop a system to produce Liquid Nitrogen from sustainable energy sources such as Solar & Wind Generated Energy and other sustainable sources. The proposal is to create a LN production plant that can be installed and operated, automatically, 24-7, in domestic and light industrial environments, to allow individual households and small local companies to generate a virtually free (and tax exempt) fuel-energy system to propel vehicles, domestic and light industrial electricity generations, refrigeration, domestic heating & water pumps etc, etc.

Once developed, the system could also be cheaply produced for use, especially in every area of the deprived ‘3^rd world’.

Global Warming? or

Today there is a lot of ‘Talk’ (more hot-air) and Concern about ‘Global Warming’ and the fate of Earth and the Global Population.
Unfortunately, there is very little ACTION to address the issues.
Until recently ‘Scientists’ couldn't even decide or agree if global warming exists, after all it provides many a scientist with a very well paid job.
Politicians rely on the resulting ‘Chaos’ to keep them in power.
Meanwhile nothing is done to address Global Warming or other Socio-Environmental problems.  

The Dead Hand of Government:
It is Global Unity’s contention and mission to introduce and propose many practical solutions and projects, collectively operated and funded by the Global Public, without Political Meddling or Interference (The Dead Hand of Government) to address Global Warming and many other Socio-Environmental Problems.

Global Unity is not all about ‘Gloom & Doom’, amongst these projects and proposals are items of Interest, Fun and even Humour.

The Ultimate solution to Global Warming: Irrigate the Sahara and other deserts with desalinated sea water: Oceans water levels are currently rising by 1.5cm + a year, this rate is increasing: Total World's land mass is 1/3 desert, including Antarctica: In about 10 years most of the Arctic & Antarctic ice will have melted. The Amazon Rain Forest is rapidly disappearing and ‘Drying Up’.

Greening the deserts will absorb more CO² from the atmosphere and reverse Global Warming: 
The Sahara Desert is larger than the USA. 
The Arabian Desert is about the same size as India.

To implement many of these proposals would entail Government involvement.
So why not set up an alternative Government system based on Commonsense, Public Opinion and Fore-Sight or Prediction of future events and requirements, without any Political element.

Through the APPP, Global Unity has now turned its attention to eradicating the primary cause, Global Politics & Politicians.
To this end Global Unity's primary purpose is now to establish the worlds first genuine Anti-Political Political Party. Let no one be in any doubt, despite the name: The APPy Party and the following Fun and Frivolity, the APPP is not another Monster Raving Looney Party.

The APPP’s purpose is to demonstrate, as a ‘Social Experiment’, that it is possible to govern a country without Politics, based in Commonsense, Democracy & Public Opinion, all an anathema to Politicians and the current Government.

The APPP also proposes and introduces a highly innovative ‘Government Tool’ known as ANGELS (Analytical Government (or Guidance) Evaluation Logistic Evaluation System) described briefly below and in greater detail in the following linked pages.

The APPy Party will also be working in conjunction with the Public Law Company (PLC) which is intended partly as the APPy Party's Legal Arm of the Law.

Heat Engines:   A proposal to convert the worlds Infernal Combustion Engines (ICE) to run as Heat Engines. Robert Stirling Invented and Patented the Stirling Heat engine in 1816, many years before the invention of the infernal combustion engine.
