Unity's exciting answer to Urban traffic Noise and Exhaust Pollution.
This
is a proposal to build a prototype ‘Sound Barrier’ &
Exhaust extraction and cleaning system, over the 1KM section of the M25
(Junction 9) in conjunction with and on the same site as the Angel Gate.
The tunnel construction will create-recover about 20 Hectares (50 Acres) of
reclaimed 'Green-Belt' land, ‘lost’ in the construction of the M25, on which
to build:

In
conjunction with the Angel Gate and the Enviro-Tunnel, it has been proposed to
erect an Eden Styled Project on the 20 Hectare of 'Green-Belt' land reclaimed
from the M25 motorway.
Angel Gate is an interesting and exciting Gateway or Portal, through which
people can experience the full potential of 'Environmental Art & Technology'
in a dedicated Theme Park on the M25, easily accessible from London, at Junction
9, M25 (Leatherhead)
