The 'Earth Angel' is a 40m (150ft) Angelic figure of Grace, Beauty & Uplifting Spirit based on the maquette (left) of my original sculpture of the ‘Angel’, at junction 9, M25 (Leatherhead). 
The Angel is intended as the focal point of a permanent Art-Environmental Exhibition & Function Venue at the Fire & Iron Gallery, Leatherhead.

Art in its many forms, both good and bad: (Ref CRAP Art), has a major part to play in modern day promotion and marketing of any product, be it Automobiles, Oil or at the better end of the Socio-Environmental Spectrum, even Global Unity & Environmental Technology.       
As many more observant people will have noticed, the figure of the 'Earth Angel' is also the Logo of Global Unity.

The Earth Angel is intended as the 'Focal Point' of various Socio-Environmental projects promoted by Global Unity.        

The 'Angel of the South' Project, started in 1999 as a 'Millennium Project', on the grounds of Guildford Cathedral, was intended to establish a permanent Art-Environmental exhibition, to make the public and the Government aware of the environmental issues that threaten every society on the Earth.

Previous Angelic History.
The figure I have called the ‘Earth Angel’ originally started out in 1999 as the basis for the 100ft (30M) ‘Angel of the South’ to be erected in front of Guildford Cathedral as a millennium project. Unfortunately, due to internal politics, Guildford Council declared the project too ‘controversial’. Apparently it is OK to have Guildford Cathedral featured in the film ‘Omen’, however Angels are not accepted.

In 2001 I located a site on a small hill beside the M25 at junction 9, near Leatherhead.
The site is on land belonging to the ‘Fire & Iron Gallery’, an art gallery specialising in art metalwork. Originally the F&IG owned about 35 acres, 10 acres of which were removed by the construction of the M25, leaving a 5 acre site to the north of the M25, effectively un-usable by the F&IG for any artistic purposes.  

The Angel Project has gone through many adaptations & phases of acceptance & rejection by Surrey CC, Government & Political officialdom, apparently in the desire to suppress anything that is meaningful in 'Socio-Environmental Endeavour'.             

Despite the setbacks, the Angel of the South has grown in stature and intent, to become the 'Angel Gate': Comprising:
